Lousy mood

Can't say mood has been good for these past 2 weeks. Could be a small thing but i am used to take things so serious that it affects me in a big way.

Friends say i am too serious, i never try to deny it.
Friends say i am too emotional, i never bother to hide it. Just that i feel it is a pain to laugh when you feel like crying and equally as painful to cry when you feel like laughing.

And HK drama has been my daily dosage of relief. Sobbing over the tear jerking scenes is one of the ways i can allow my emotions flow freely. Of course, running around like a mad dog under the hot sun hitting tennis balls is another way.

Mizuno wave run 13 Sep 2009

Mizuno wave run today. Timing was a total crap. 1h 57min. way off of the timing expected of me. Totally unhappy about it, guess i still need some consistency in my running after all.

To cam whore a slight bit...biting the fruits of my labour (hard work to be exact)...a finisher medal! Yippe!

sorry jolin fans, not my intention to demean Jolin but i just find it is so funny. The advertisement was actually the Visit Taiwan, Join being the taiwan vistor ambassdor. It is just pure weird that the ad had to be plastered all over the train, even the floor. I dun think Jolin enjoyed being stamped all over by the rushing morning.

And yes, i dun feel comfortable having Jolin underneath me, seemingly peeping under my pants. :)
